Ormeau Plan Managers provides NDIS plan management services, helping participants manage the financial administration of their plan-managed funding. We look after claims, provider payments, budget monitoring and financial reporting, giving you clearer visibility of your funding and less administration to manage.
Ormeau Plan Managers is a registered NDIS plan management provider operated by Santi Group Pty Ltd. We provide personalised plan management services designed to make the financial administration of NDIS funding clear and straightforward. Our focus is on responsive communication, accurate financial management, budget visibility and supporting participants to exercise choice and control over their supports.
We manage the financial administration of your plan-managed NDIS funding. This includes checking and submitting claims, paying providers, monitoring budgets, maintaining financial records and providing regular statements and updates.
If your NDIS plan includes plan-managed support budgets, you can choose a registered plan manager such as Ormeau Plan Managers.
If your funding is not currently plan-managed, you can ask the NDIA to change how your funding is managed. You do not have to wait until a new plan is created to make this request.
Plan management can reduce the financial administration involved in managing your NDIS funding, provide clearer visibility of your budget and give you greater flexibility when choosing providers. For many plan-managed supports, participants can choose either registered or unregistered providers, subject to NDIS requirements.
Once Ormeau Plan Managers has been established as your plan manager and your service agreement is in place, we manage claims and provider payments for your plan-managed funding through a straightforward process.
Providers or participants submit invoices by email to claims@ormeaupm.com.au.
Where participant approval is required, we seek approval using the participant’s agreed invoice approval method.
We submit valid claims to the NDIS through our plan management system.
Once funding is available for the claim, we arrange payment to the provider.
A plan manager manages the financial administration of plan-managed NDIS funding. This includes checking and submitting claims, paying providers, monitoring budgets, keeping financial records and providing regular statements.
If plan management is included in your NDIS plan, separate funding is provided to pay for your plan manager. This funding is separate from your other NDIS supports.
Yes. If your funding is plan-managed, you can usually choose either registered or unregistered providers. Some supports must be delivered by registered providers, so the requirements depend on the type of support.
Yes. You can change your plan manager during your NDIS plan. You should follow any notice arrangements in your service agreement and let the NDIS know about the change.
Our anticipated processing time for provider payments is within 3 business days once the invoice is valid, any required authorisation has been received and sufficient funding is available.

Plan management is all about supporting your choice and helping you regain capacity. You have the rights to ask for plan management to be included in your plan.
At OPM our anticipated processing time for provider payments is 3 business days after authorisation has been received and the scope of invoice is acceptable and there are sufficient funds.
