At Ormeau Plan Managers our direction is led by your choice, needs and goals by providing key disability services to those who seek support. Our plan management division is a part of the of Santi Accounting Group, a Chartered Accounting practice. Therefore, we adhere to a code of conduct that exhumes trust and transparency allowing our clients to feel supported in their plan management goals.
Our role is to process your NDIS claims and disbursing funds to providers. We ensure that you receive transparent information relating to your plan and regular updates. Providing you with a professional and personalised service from your local community.
If you have Plan Management allocated within your NDIS approved budget then you will be eligible to engage our services.
If you have not been approved for Plan Management you will need to contact NDIS to arrange a plan review.
We not only strive to help you with your NDIS plan, but want to assist with maximising your financial capacity and offering increased options to ensure you are evolving on your NDIS plan to suit your everyday circumstances.
We handle all financial aspects of your NDIS plan including budgeting, processing invoices, and managing payments to service providers.
We can take care of the entire claim processing for you including submitting invoices, tracking payments.
Transparency is key and as accountants we believe that this is the most important aspect of our service. We can provide you with a clear overview of your budget and remaining funds allowing you to make informed decisions relating to your plan.
As your needs evolve, so should your NDIS plan. We can offer assistance with the review process, helping to identify any changes or adjustments needed to better align with your current goals and objectives.

As Registered Plan Managers the NDIS will pay us directly and we will manage your NDIS service provider payments on your behalf. Once we have been nominated as your Plan Manager and we have an active service agreement we process your payments in four really easy steps!
Submit invoice
Providers or Participants submit their invoices through our Gateway or email them to [email protected].
Authorisation
We will seek your permission to pay the invoice either via email or through our Gateway.
Submit Claim
We will claim the invoice from NDIS MyPlace Portal.
Funds Paid
If the claim is successful, we will pay the invoice.
The NDIS supports you in several ways, mainly it starts with understanding your short and long-term goals, and building your NDIS Plan to enable you to achieve your goals. This could include supports in areas like therapy, employment, assistive technology, and many more.
Short answer is no. Everyone has different goals and situations, the NDIS support participants based on their goals so the supports will differ from participant to participant. During your planning meeting, your NDIS Planner will work with you to determine what supports are “reasonable and necessary” for you to achieve your goals. As part of this process, you can also request to have a plan management who will help you claim and pay your invoices covered under your NDIS plan.
There are 3 ways you can choose on how you want your NDIS plan to be managed : NDIS Managed, Plan Managed and Self Managed, each has its own benefits. Having Improved Life Choices support included in your NDIS plan, allows you to choose Ormeau Plan Managers to be your plan manager. Ormeau Plan Managers will then take care of all your invoices, claims and payments.
There is no out-of-pocket expense for Ormeau Plan Managers fee as long as you have plan management included in your plan called “Improved Life Choices” this will cover 100% of our fee. Our fees will always be in line with the NDIS Price Guide so there won’t be any surprises.
Plan management is all about supporting your choice and helping you regain capacity. You have the rights to ask for plan management to be included in your plan.
At OPM our anticipated processing time for provider payments is 3 business days after authorisation has been received and the scope of invoice is acceptable and there are sufficient funds.
